Description

Assists in the provision of screens, collection of data, and direct treatment to a general rehabilitation caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Participates in the clinical team process. Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff. Participates in clinical program development. Works as a member of the Therapy services team, maintaining resident and employee confidentiality, and assisting as needed to maintain high standards of quality and a smooth workflow in the area. Exhibits courtesy, compassion and respect to patients, residents, families, caregivers, visitors, physicians, administrators and co-workers. Documents effectively so that claims are supported and paid.
